Really good stay

friendly staff safe experience comfortable bed
I safe area . The staff was very friendly and helpful (they really were really nice too assist). I also appreciated the location, as it's close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable.
The bedroom looked a bit tired, and I noticed paint flaking off the window frame. I also spotted broken curtain rods. The bar area could use brighter lighting, as it felt a little gloomy for my liking.

Acceptable Stay, Notable Issue

I wish I could have used the pool outside the spa's operating hours! Breakfast service was quite slow. The front desk staff should have known better than to override the billing information.

The location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants. The room included fresh milk. This was a nice touch (I found it useful for my morning coffee).
The bedroom showed some wear, specifically paint was flaking off the window frame.
